The firm that was established under the Şahingöz Machine by Hüseyin Şahingöz in 1972, has rebranded its name as Şahinay Machine in 1999 and take a step to expand the company with the principle of; “quality is first, trust is first and service is first.” Şahinay Machine, having 4000 square meter indoor area in Dilovası Imes Organized Industrial Zone, having the capacity of producing 220 ton steel plate work per month with 32 personnel, continues to render a service to industry-leading companies in moulding sheet metal and metal forming processes.
Our company, continuing to take firm steps forward expanding in each passing day, responds to changing customer demands in parallel with developing world and technology with rapid taskforce by looking after the value judgement of its customers.

Although the rising women employment in recent times in Turkey, there is still an intense necessity for the systematic and comprehensive gender sensitive employment policy for the improving and implementation of the situation. Therefore, our firm takes struggling against social gender inequality as a goal. At the present time our firm with women employees consisting 37% of the labour, supports the women employment.
